Our practice has been a trusted part of the London community for over 30 years, evolving to meet the needs of our patients while maintaining the values of excellence and compassion that define us.
Our Journey
Longo Dentistry was originally founded by Dr. Frank Longo, who dedicated many years to building a strong foundation of care and trust. In 2018, Dr. Longo transitioned ownership of the practice to Dr. Omar Sarhan, a Toronto-based dentist.
In 2023, Dr. Shamyla Ashraf became the owner of Longo Dentistry, bringing her vision of patient-focused, family-oriented dental care to the practice. Dr. Ashraf earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2014, graduating with honours in Prosthodontics.
With nearly a decade of clinical experience and seven years as part of the Longo Dentistry team in various roles, she is dedicated to ensuring continuity of care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and upholding the highest standards of dentistry.

Today, Dr. Frank Longo continues to be a valued part of our team, working with us part-time as an associate dentist. His experience and long-standing relationships with patients remain an important part of our practice.
